Executive coaching that turns the potential of high-achieving leaders into deliberate, levelled-up leadership — for the role you're growing into and the life around it.
Not advice from the sidelines — a confidential, focused partnership that finds what's holding you back and builds the discipline to move past it.
Together we clarify the goals you actually care about, then hold the line on the steps to reach them. The relationship is close, confidential, and structured around your growth — compassionate in tone, goal-oriented in practice. Transparency, accountability, and consistency aren't extras here. They're the method.
Coaching works when you're open to honest feedback and willing to change behavior — at the office and at home. It isn't about being broken; it's about being ready. If you can hear a hard truth without taking it personally and turn it into action, you're exactly who this is built for.
Every engagement climbs the same arc — from new thinking to real, lived value.
We work alongside you to break old patterns and build new ones, turning obstacles into openings.
Regular check-ins keep your commitment honest and your momentum intact between sessions.
Assessments, frameworks, and tools that accelerate the distance you cover.
Your outcomes depend on the work you put in. Price is what you pay; value is what you get.
Whether you're investing in your own trajectory or lifting a whole team, the work meets you where you are.
One-to-one sessions for leaders ready to sharpen their thinking, navigate a transition, and grow on purpose — professionally and personally.
Facilitated sessions that align a group around shared goals, build trust and accountability, and help your people rise together.
A free conversation to see if we're the right fit. No pressure, no script.
LYF coaching is led by a Certified Executive Coach on the path to credentialing through the International Coaching Federation — driven by growth, and by helping others find theirs.
I’ve always been fascinated by the human psyche. I became a licensed alcohol and drug counselor in 2007, working in long-term residential treatment, and a licensed mental health practitioner in 2012. I also teach as an adjunct instructor at Metropolitan Community College in Omaha — the same Human Services program where I started my own career, which makes giving back to the next generation especially meaningful. My work with an Employee Assistance Program drew me toward professional development, and as an executive coach I get to work with people on both their personal and professional goals. I believe the two are intertwined — the biggest growth comes from developing in both.
I value lifelong learning. I hold a doctoral degree in Education and Leadership, with dissertation research on entrepreneurs and emotional intelligence — a subject close to home, since I’m married to an entrepreneur and find the entrepreneurial brain endlessly interesting. Our two kids keep us challenged and striving to be our best (there’s no greater accountability than a child’s honest words), along with our lab mix, Luke, and our two cats, Jack and Chloe. Outside of work you’ll find me reading, writing, dancing, or chasing the occasional adrenaline rush — so far that’s included swimming with sharks and skydiving. I’m endlessly grateful for the chance to meet and work with so many incredible people.
